Returns

All non-sale items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Returned Items must not have been worn or washed and sent back inside their original packaging.
Items that have been stained, perfumed or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
To return an item, please complete the enclosed return form, indicate the item, reason for the return and enclose the completed return form with the item you are returning.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above steps have not been followed.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure the item is tracked as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipment.
We recommend customers keep a track of their own parcel to ensure the shipment has reached us.
Once we received the returned item, please allow up to 14 days for processing refunds. We will notify by email once your refund has been processed. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
